Apprentice Dancer Programme

This season, McNicol Ballet Collective has welcomed recent graduates Rin Ishikawa and Joshua Fickling as part of its newly formed Apprentice dancer programme, giving talented young dancers the opportunity to work as a professional dancer in a touring company.

If you would like to be considered for future projects, please contact us.

Performance Coaching

In addition to the Apprentice Dancers programme, McNicol Ballet Collective offers performance coaching for professional dance artists.

In 2021, McNicol Ballet Collective was delighted to be approached by Carrie Johnson and Kristen McGarrity to pilot their innovative new project Matter Up - a new development programme, tailored to the ballet industry to support performance and wellbeing for dancers.

BSL Training

As part of McNicol Ballet Collective’s ongoing drive to make ballet more accessible, the company have been undertaking training in British Sign Language interpretation and are currently investigating how this can be brought closer to their practice.
